IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska; and providing for an effective date." 2009-03-13 House Journal Page 0464 Representative Holmes moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 81(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Hawker, Holmes, Olson, Seaton, Gara, and Gruenberg: Page 22, line 31: Under Allocations: Delete "7,664,800" Insert "8,139,800" Representative Holmes moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. CSHB 81(FIN) am was automatically in third reading. **The presence of Representative Guttenberg was noted. Representative Gara moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 81(FIN) am be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 2. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Speaker stated that, without objection, CSHB 81(FIN) am would be returned to second reading for all amendments. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Gara: Page 70, following line 4: Insert new subsections to read: "(v) The sum of $1,111,914,700 is appropriated from the general fund to the public education fund (AS 14.17.300).
